Welcome to Ludo Pro. By accessing our website and participating in our tournaments, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
• Users from the following restricted states in India are NOT allowed to participate in paid tournaments: Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Meghalaya.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Instant Processing: BDT and INR deposits and withdrawals are processed instantly through our automated server.
• Crypto Transactions: Processing time for Crypto depends on blockchain network confirmations.
• Minimum Limits:
  - BDT: 100
  - INR: 10
  - Crypto: Deposit 0.10 USD | Withdraw USDT 10, LTC/DOGE 1 USD.

3. Withdrawal & Turnover Rules

You must participate in matches equivalent to your deposit amount (Turnover) before you can withdraw those specific funds. However, you can withdraw any winnings or balance that exceeds your remaining turnover at any time.

4. Refund Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for any deposits made to the platform. Once funds are added, they must be used to participate in tournaments.

Exception: An automatic refund is issued only if a scheduled match expires with only one player joined.

5. Match Mechanics

• 3-Minute Rule: After clicking 'Play Now', if your opponent fails to join the room within 3 minutes, you will be declared the winner automatically.
• Disconnection/Exit: If a player leaves or exits during an active match, the opponent wins immediately.
• Fair Play: Any form of cheating or using third-party hacks will result in an immediate account ban and forfeiture of balance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ludo Pro is a platform for skill-based gaming. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to poor internet connection on the user's side or unauthorized access to your account.
